By purchasing a ticket, entering the event grounds, or attending Rocktober Bash ’26 (“Event”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.
There are NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO TRANSFERS, and NO CREDITS for any reason, including but not limited to:
Please purchase your tickets only if you are certain you can attend.
This is a Rain or Shine event. The Event will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless organizers determine that conditions present a serious safety risk.
Weather-related delays, modifications, or schedule adjustments do not qualify for a refund.
The advertised lineup is subject to change without notice.
No refunds or compensation will be provided due to artist cancellations, substitutions, schedule changes, or performance length.
A valid ticket is required for entry.
Event staff reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee without refund for:
All guests and personal belongings are subject to inspection before entering the venue.
Anyone refusing a security check will be denied entry without refund.
The following items are prohibited:
Possession of prohibited items may result in removal from the event without refund.
Coolers are permitted only with the purchase of the required cooler pass.
Guests bringing a cooler without the required fee may be denied entry with the cooler or required to pay the applicable cooler fee before entry.
Children ages 12 and under are admitted free when accompanied by a responsible adult.
Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising their children at all times.
Attendees are responsible for their own belongings.
Event organizers, venue management, sponsors, vendors, and affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Attendance is voluntary.
By attending, you assume all risks associated with participating in a public event, including but not limited to injury, illness, accidents, crowd-related incidents, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
You release the event organizers, venue, performers, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and affiliates from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By entering the Event, you grant the organizers permission to photograph, film, record, and use your likeness, voice, and image for promotional, marketing, advertising, and archival purposes in any media without compensation or additional consent.
Vendor fees are also non-refundable.
Vendors who fail to appear, cancel, or are removed for violating event rules will not receive a refund.
The organizers reserve the right to modify:

Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
The organizers shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, interruption, or modification of the Event due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:
In such circumstances, refunds are not guaranteed and will be issued only if required by applicable law.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or service to any individual whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, threatening, or inconsistent with the safety and enjoyment of other attendees.
By purchasing a ticket or entering the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Rocktober Bash ’26 maintains a strict no-refund policy. No refunds, exchanges, credits, or transfers will be issued for any ticket, vendor fee, cooler fee, or other event-related purchase for any reason, except where required by applicable law.
If you are unable to attend, your ticket will be considered forfeited.
Please verify your availability before completing your purchase. Tickets should only be purchased by individuals who fully intend and are able to attend the event on the scheduled date.
